In a recent interview he admitted this wasn't sustainable.

That getting his diet dialed in meant he didn't need to do so much recovery work..

because he wasn't doing so much damage in the first place.

For his role in the movie Arthur the King Mark had to get in the best shape he's been in since The Fighter.

Figured I'd share his diet since it's bonkers:

Upon Wake

  • Vitamins
  • Water
  • Zinc dissolvable tablet
  • Triple espresso
  • Cold plunge
  • Creatine & BCAA's

45 min post workout

8am

  • 3 scrambled
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Pork chop
  • Wild smoke salmon
  • Greek yogurt
  • Berries
  • Green juice with moronga

11am

  • Chicken breast
  • Chicken thigh berries
  • Pistachios
  • Sweet potato
  • Broccoli
  • Almonds

2pm

  • Crab salad with Cucumbers
  • Salmon sashimi
  • Couple pieces of chicken breast

Dinner

  • Seabass
  • Steak
  • Veggie

I gotta go eat more protein.
